Nashville hot chicken – Love at first bite!

Trimper’s Ride’s of Ocean City is opening up Nana’s Hot Chicken stand inside the amusement park this summer.

We are in search of a chef who loves Nashville Hot Chicken and is excited to share his/her recipe with our guests from all over Delmarva.

Our goal is the build the brand of Nana’s Hot Chicken with the potential to expand. We are looking for a chef who is creative, experienced leader, an ability to endure at high volume, and with consistent excellence. Motivation, inspiration, and a passion for culinary innovation will be vital to delivering  an authentic guest experience. The space is 900 square feet and you’ll need all your creative juices to come up with a recipe to work in the space and serve at the volume required.

Think organic chicken and finding local purveyors that will be able to meet our volume. Playing with spices and coming up with healthy sides. We’ve removed sodas from the park and instead will serve fresh lemonade and brewed sweet and regular tea.

This is a seasonal position from Memorial Day to Oct 10th.  Please note, travel, housing, and relocation costs are not offered at this time.
