The SBC Restaurant Group, a CT staple for 23 years, operates multiple concepts in the New Haven, The Valley and Fairfield county areas, is now hiring for the Positions of Head Chef and Sous Chef.
We have multiple positions available across concepts for both existing locations and potential additions.
Currently hiring for the Local Kitchen & Beer Bar and Sitting Duck Tavern Concepts
The Head Chef Candidate must be organized, demonstrate the ability to lead and be customer service focused. The Head Chef is responsible for daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, cost controls, specials and ordering.
Sous Chefs are potential head chefs in training and are to assist the head chef in running the daily kitchen operations.
