resumes for this position and are quite pleased

in the past six months we have used your service.
The first search yielded great resumes and
we interviewed several great candidates. Hiring
in the Caribbean, however, is not quite the
same game as hiring in the states. Probably
one out of every six new people on island
end up leaving within three months, as did
the chef that we hired from that last round
of interviewing. The interview question section
is a great tool to start weeding out those
that we don’t think can handle St. Thomas.
In all, we have been quite happy with our
experience with your website, and I would
be happy to recommend it to other hotels in
the Caribbean. We have been lucky enough to
find someone who is qualified for the position
here on island this time, which drastically
