|Position Description:||The Mad River Barn is a premier food and lodging destination in the Mad River Valley of Vermont. Located in the town of Waitsfield, this Inn, Restaurant, & Pub is situated at the base of the Appalachian Gap, just a few miles down the road from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas. |
We need an experienced Line Cook to round out our kitchen staff.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
