|Position Description:||This high volume restaurant group is currently seeking Sous Chefs who are creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic to assist in preparing fabulous dishes and quality meals. |
Our flagship restaurant, Rosebud, is currently seeking two Sous Chefs to oversee the daily activities of our kitchen staff as well as perform daily line duties. We are in the process of opening our latest venture, Diner, in Atlantic station and we are also seeking two Sous Chefs to help us run the day to day operations of a brand new kitchen in an up and coming neighborhood.
Our Sous Chefs are expected to work line shifts, assist with menu development and daily specials, maintain cleanliness standards up to health code, and help us oversee the preparations of high quality ingredients in a high volume, from scratch kitchen.
Over 2 yrs on-the-job experience required in scratch kitchens with solid references from superiors.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities, and the ability to work long hours on your feet.
