Executive Chef

Seeking person interested in managing the restaurant and banquet kitchens as Chef at one of the premier restaurants and conference facilities in this region located in our partner's business conference hotel. www.kahills.net www.marina-inn.com

QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking Chef with previous kitchen management experience. Must be able to supervise high volume line and banquet kitchen operations. Must have strong hands-on line skills. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning, menu creation, custom event menus, and inventory control. Need ability to hire, train and develop staff and Sous Chefs. Must be able to monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team leading skills, high energy and quality food orientation.

PROPERTY INFORMATION: Our restaurant is Kahill's Steak Chop and Seafood, an upscale Steak / Chop House done in dark hardwoods with panoramic river view. Ala carte menu, $50 + dinner check average, 150 bottle wine list, Martini list and private executive party rooms.

Our WR Hospitality company www.wrhospitality.com manages 3.6 million F & B operation, featuring Kahills at popular privately owned 200 room Marina Inn; a Business and Regional Conference Center Hotel overlooking the Missouri River with 35,000 sq ft Conference and Banquet Center.
