Position Description:POSITION: SOUS CHEF

INTERESTS : Must be willing to relocate to SW Minnesota / NW Iowa / NE Nebraska / Dakotas region. Seeking experienced culinary people interested in joining an award winning and growing restaurant company. Seeking Sous Chefs to take current positions or Lead Line staff to train for Sous Chef positions. www.wrhospitality.com

QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking experienced Sous Chefs or candidates with prior years of kitchen experience and ready for the next step. Must have some skill level in: strong hands - on line skills; ability to supervise and support line and banquet kitchen operations; able to assist with food cost control, purchasing and inventory control. Able to assist with some menu creation, training and coaching of staff. Some scheduling and labor cost control helpful. Need people skills, high energy and high quality food orientation. Solid food safety practices necessary.
