|Position Description:||Established Hoboken Waterfront Restaurant serving Contemporary New American Cuisine is looking for an Executive Chef with a minimum of five years experience to run and maintain all aspects of the kitchen. |

Need to have experience with menu pricing, food costing, payroll, scheduling, and sanitation standards.
Seating capacity is 200 seats in the summer so must have experience with high volume, banquet experience is also a plus. The need for positive enthusiasm is a must.
