Steakhouse 85 - New Brunswick, NJ
Steakhouse 85, a classic American steakhouse located in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Restaurant Manager with exceptional wine & bar experience or a Sommelier with management skills to join our management team. Candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our award winning wine program, as well as our bar. We pride ourselves on an extensive spirit program, contemporary cocktails, and our small batch craft beers, interested candidates should have a passion for all three.
-Purchases based on a budget
-FOH education on the beverage program
-Weekly inventory for cost analysis
-Rotation & organization of stock/supplies
-Overall supervision of the dining rooms/bar
Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required. Candidates must have a robust working knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits, excellent customer service skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise, grace and refinement in a high volume, fast paced environment.
