|Position Description:||Providing all guests with excellent food quality and consistency in an ultra luxury environment. Must be self motivated and quality driven, with the energy and passion for cooking. Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction. Luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.|
1.High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
2.Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
3.Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
4.Certified Cook level or higher, two years minimum fine dining restaurant experience.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
5.Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
6.Ability to provide legible communication.
7.Ability to physically self-demonstrate culinary techniques (cutting, cooking principles, plate presentation, safety and sanitation practices).
8.Food Safety certification.
