|Position Description:||New Organic Pasture to plate restaurant seeking General Manager.|
This is great opportunity for an experienced individual. We are looking for a self motivated, health conscious and organized person who can build and staff his or her dining room as well as establish our culture.
The restaurant lies in a beautiful lush community located 40 minutes from central Philadelphia and has a focus on serving food that is organically grown and pasture raised on our 20 acre farm, just minutes from the kitchen.
The candidate must live up to the highest standards of service operations, and will be fully accountable for maintaining revenue goals, while overseeing staffing, wine, and the bar program.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations is paramount, this includes experience with ALOHA, and Open Table. The job must be a top priority for the individual, and candidate must have reliable automobile, strong passion for the restaurant industry, and long-term career minded.
The general manager must work in accordance with the Pennsylvania Health Department rules and regulations. We are proud to be an EOE, and we maintain a drug free and smoke free workplace.
Salary will be competitive with industry standards and based on experience and ability.
