Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry and baking needs of the resort. Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as other resort outlets, and sister hotel. A minimum of three years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. Ability to do decorative showpieces for buffets and weddings is also desirable. This position reports to the executive chef.
