Ella Dining Room and Bar, part of The Selland Family Restaurants, is looking for an experienced Chef De Cuisine Candidate. The position offers full benefits, paid vacation and sick Leave, and bonus based on performance.

Desirable candidates will have the following qualifications: Approximately 5 years minimum work experience as a Sous Chef/Chef De Cuisine. Excellent record of kitchen management, and ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Capable of delegating multiple tasks through strong communication and leadership skills. Keeping up with cooking trends, evolving kitchen practices, and creating efficient work environments. Maintaining food and labor cost/budgets. Maintaining product consistency and company's brand/vision. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. In depth Knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Excel and Word. Ability to understand financial Documents. BS degree or Culinary certificate/diploma.
