|Position Description:||Lisa Dupar & Company is now hiring a Culinary Director. The Culinary Director has the primary responsibility of overseeing food production for three distinct outlets; Catering, Restaurant and one large Corporate Account. Additionally, future projects.|
The ideal candidate for this position treats people with care and is obsessed with excellence; works with an ownership mentality and seeks to understand what?s most important in all aspects of the work; has the capability to apply his/her talents and energy to make a positive difference with the culinary team, owners, clients and company.
-Minimum 5 years' experience managing a production kitchen of notable culinary excellence.
-Ability to produce excellent food, consistently.
-Full knowledge of all health codes and food safety laws.
-Ability to communicate effectively and train to create desired results with the team.
-Full knowledge of food purchasing, labor cost controls & budgeting
-Effective planning, time management & organizational skills.
-Ability to maintain current standards and systems in addition to assisting to create ones.
