Position Description:Join our culinary team and work in a state-of-the-art kitchen!

The Sous Chef will work directly under the Executive Chef and must be able to assume responsibility in his/her absence. While the Sous Chef may assist with menu planning and ordering, the primary responsibility will be to manage the staff and make sure that food is prepared, plated and served properly and efficiently. An Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and valid food safety certification required. 1 to 3 years management experience and a minimum 2 years experience in Latin and Asian cuisine are preferred.
