Become an integral member of the leadership team of this popular Cambridge restaurant. Work closely with our established team to put a unique stamp on our menu.
*Contribute to a truly inspired menu
*Drive creativity and production with your pastry team of 3
*Utilize the freshest ingredients to produce exquisite dishes for our guests
*Collaborate with Chef Tony Maws to create unique desserts that are consistent with the overall menu
*Work hard in production of top notch desserts such as:
...white asparagus ice cream with dehydrated strawberries and sweet cicely
...blue cornmeal crepes with anise hyssop, blueberries and farmers cheese
You MUST ALREADY:
have a foundation of classical French pastry technique
be highly organized
be able to drive results in others
ensure creative design on the menu
have a track record of growing talent
possess an old-fashioned work ethic; respect for our craft
ably take direction and criticism
maintain flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
