Four year college degree preferred. Must have a culinary degree.
Must have at least eight years experience in a related field. Must possess a minimum of four years of culinary management in a large convention hotel.
Must be able to obtain any local, state and/or federal food safety or sanitation license.
The ideal candidate will have;
A clearly expressed passion for food.
A proven track record of strong team leadershi pand successin planning.
Be able to demonstrate and prove an understanding of group business dynamics.
Must have a knowlege and ability to understand key performance indicators.
Must be able to understand guests needs, implement innovative concepts to meet market demand and have a clear understanding of menu engineering and price strategy.
