|Position Description:||Le Parfait is a new and authentic concept coming freshly from France to San Diego. It has for first motivation to share true French gourmet to its customer. A highly renowned French Baker and Pastry Chef has been brought from France to guarantee a high quality food production. Le Parfait is seeking a passionate, punctual, meticulous, organized and perfectionist line cook with a strong work ethic. . If you are willing to work with the best, this opportunity is yours.|
-Must have at least 2 years of experience in moderate to high volume Kitchen.
-Must be able to work in all station from pastries conception to sandwich production.
-Must have bakery skills (bread, and pastries conception)
-Must be in good physical shape to be able to lift 50 pounds, and to walk, stand and/or bend continuously for an (8) hour workday.
-Must be punctual, reliable and awake for early morning hours.
- Able to read and write English and able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
-A positive can do attitude and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
-Motivation to always go above and beyond, and to look for the perfection
-A strong work ethic, highly self motivated and be able to work in a team as well as independently.
-Organized, focused, strong attention to detail.
-Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
-Professional and courteous in all customer, staff and management interactions.
-Food Prep experiences are a strong plus.
