-Commercial bakery experience preferred -Graveyard shift hours -Several years of professional baking experience including production and management -Ability to manage production lines under strict time deadlines -Natural problem solving and leadership qualities -Strong communication and organizational skills -Flexibility to manage a 24/7 production schedule and Holidays

Primary Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Manage daily production line of cupcakes, cakes, cookies and special orders for multiple retail units -Bake, frost, decorate cupcakes, cakes, cookies and special orders -Maintain daily pars to ensure the availability of products at all times -Supervise, train and develop team members in accordance with company policies and procedures -Evaluate department conditions and operations to determine strengths and areas for improvement. -Ensure company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained -Knowledgeable on all products -Schedule routine maintenance on equipment & oven -Prepare special orders as requested by customers -Scheduling department employees -Communicates with delivery driver to ensure efficient delivery to retail stores and special orders -Performs quality control checks -The ability to perform repetitive motion task as needed -The ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. or less as needed
