The ES kitchen is committed to excellence and consistency within a high volume atmosphere. The right candidate will work to impact menu development and personnel, while supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. The Eastern Standard kitchen celebrates the modern brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, 7 days a week.
