Position Description:Create, supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the casual/bistro restaurant. Develop new dessert menus for pastries, muffins, cakes, and pies, specifically for health and taste benefits At least 3-5 years experience with online management experience is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred.
