|Position Description:||Starr Restaurants is currently seeking a high-level Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our Nuevo Latin cuisine restaurant ALMA DE CUBA located in Center City Philadelphia. The successful candidate should have a progressive culinary background and truly understands the diversity, fine touches, bold flavors and unique finesse of Regional Latin cuisine.|

In this role Executive Chef has full responsibility for execution of all food production; overseeing quality, technique, portion, presentation, food cost, menu pricing and menu innovation.
-MUST have prior Exec Chef , CDC or Exec Sous Chef experience directing a team at a Cuban/Peruvian/Puerto Rican/Latin cuisine restaurant
-Minimum of 5 - 7 years Industry and Culinary Management experience
-Culinary focused Associate's or Bachelor's degree
