|Position Description:||Hospitality Manger/ Front of House Manager|
Nationally Acclaimed Restaurant in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a confident, self-motivated, charismatic individual to fill the role of Hospitality/Front of House Manager. Candidate must live up the to the highest standards of customer service and service operations. Will focus on points of service, continuing education, training, and revenue goals while maintaining the schedule as well as wine, spirits, and beer program in conjunction with the bar manager.
Must have flexibility, the ability to work most weekends, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory & computer systems as well as Open Table. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with extensive knowledge of service, food, wine, and spirits. This job must be a top priority! A strong passion for the industry as well as learning about food and wine are a must. We are looking for a long term candidate.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, 2 weeks paid vacation, benefits, bonus incentives, and other specialty incentives.
