|Position Description:||The Mildred is a 100% scratch cooking, cast iron-focused, restaurant in Philadelphia. We are looking for a positive, motivated, and experienced Chef de Cuisine to grow with us. We are a small company that is rapidly on the rise. |
Our culinary team is classically trained in Europe and NYC. We are looking for the right person to step in and help us grow. Work directly with the Executive Chef on the menu, training, hiring, and financials.
We source from local purveyors and farmers and are in the process of going green.
