Sous Chef at The Purple Pig (500 N. Michigan Ave.)
The Purple Pig is a Chef driven restaurant seeking a strong Sous Chef to help run a very busy, high caliber kitchen. Work with Jimmy Bannos Jr., 2013 James Beard Nominated Rising Star Chef. We have an incredibly strong culinary team and are looking for a couple more key employees to raise the bar to the next level.
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have 5 plus years experience in kitchens with at least 2 years Sous Chef experience in a high-end, high volume restaurant or hotel.
If you are hard working, passionate about food and like the idea of raising the bar to further critical acclaim, this might be a good fit for you. This position has endless growth potential.
