|Position Description:||We require a person with strong fresh food production experience to run a production operation that will be supporting an innovative and scalable wellness program designed to help people move to a whole foods, plant-based diet. The candidate should have strong production expertise and the ability to help build a team-based, respecting culture. |
The goal of this operation is to produce quality food at the lowest possible cost, so it will be important to take a systems approach, and to commit to the idea of continuous improvement, in order to develop the most efficient operation possible. This job is a cutting edge opportunity within the exploding field of plant-based nutrition and wellness.
The company was founded by the son of the well known nutritional researcher, Dr. T. Colin Campbell. There is strong growth opportunity with this position, including both in skills development and financially.
