The applicant must be able to manage staff and assist the Executive chef in all daily aspect of the kitchen operations
Over 2 yrs on-the-job experience required in fine-dining kitchens with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.
Culinary graduate preferred.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
