|Position Description:||The Inn at Palmetto Bluff, an Auberge Resort, is a AAA Five Diamond Award recipient, voted #1 Best Resort in the Southern US - by Conde Nast 2012 Travelers Choice Awards. Located in the picturesque low country of South Carolina, the resort offers luxury dining experiences in both fine and casual restaurants, as well as on- and off-premises banquets and catering for groups of up to 300. The Resort caters to the distinctive tastes of Inn guests, members and local guests. The Line Chef positions will participate in a variety of restaurant and banquet food lines and enjoy a well-rounded creative experience.|
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 3 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
