We are looking for an experienced, dedicated culinary professional devoted to the craft of cooking. The sous chef assists with the daily operations of the kitchen, providing professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. The sous chef will also ensure that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet our restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. The sous chef will be expected to maintain a safe, orderly and sanitary kitchen. Reporting directly to the executive chef, Paul Ketterhagen, this position will assist in ordering, menu engineering, cost control, supervision, and training of staff.
Ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, and able to handle stress. Previous experience in luxury or fine dining establishment is REQUIRED. Must have hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills.
