The Charleston Marriott Town Center located at 200 Lee St. East, Charleston, WV 25301 is currently hiring an Executive Sous Chef (Job # 13000NA1)
Relocation is offered and may or may not include a real estate program for existing homeowners.
As one of the premier hotels in Charleston, WV, Charleston Marriott Town Center features Brick Salt Bar + Kitchen, one of the capital city?s best culinary destinations, as well as over 17,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space.
This Executive Sous Chef position is an excellent role for someone currently in a Senior Banquet Chef role, or Sous Chef position looking to make that next step. While banquets is approximately 70% of volume, the hotel has a restaurant and in-room dining as well.
Education and Experience
-High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
-2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
