For innovative dynamic Farm-to-Fork operation with commissary kitchen and restaurant.
Scope of Responsibilities Include:
-Training kitchen staff in cooking/presentation/sanitation maintaining highest quality standards while meeting profitability goals
-Training restaurant/dining room staff to uphold service standards & presentation
-Menu planning and recipe development within company guidelines & seasonal availability
-Always working to improve kitchen production
-Inventory, food and supply ordering, managing food and labor budgets

-3-5 years managing a food service department in the hospitality industry -MUST be an excellent cook (formal culinary training or degree preferred).
