This high volume casual dining hot spot is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager who is creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic to assist in the preparing and execution of fabulous dishes and quality meals.
Ability to maintain food cost and labor budgets provided by the General Manager on a week to week and monthly basis.
Over THREE years on-the-job experience required in casual dining kitchens with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.
Culinary graduate preferred.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
