|Position Description:||Consistently rated among the top hotels world-wide, a Forbes (formerly Mobil) Five Star rated hotel since 1999 and a member of the prestigious Relais and Chateaux association since 1983, the eleven-roomed Point is famous for its personalized service, exceptional food and elegant but relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for a Dining Room Supervisor passionate about continuing this tradition of excellence.|
Successful candidates would have considerable experience in a four or five-star, or Michelin rated restaurant atmosphere with experience in a supervisory role. Candidates should have a solid understanding of restaurant operations, knowledge of food and wine and the ability to train and inspire staff.
This job is heavily front-of-the-house and guest interaction is frequent. Ideal candidates will be charismatic and will be able to provide exemplary service in an atmosphere unique in the hospitality industry.
