We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic General Manager to join our Connecticut team. The primary objective of this role is to operate, create and maintain an atmosphere conducive to executing a world-class dining experience that enhances all of the fine points of a Max Restaurant. To achieve this objective your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
-Knowledge, management and promotion of all products and services
-On-going product knowledge and the development of the knowledge of all employees and internal managers
-Full utilization of all products purchased for service
-Continual, responsible procurement and supply of products required to maintain continuity of the highest level of service
-Fiscally responsible management of inventory and labor assets
-Fully enlisted support and enthusiasm of the staff
