|Position Description:||Located in Wisconsin's beautiful Northwoods, Camp Horseshoe is one of Wisconsin's premier residential camps for boys. Located on 140 acres of woodlands and 3,000 ft. of shoreline on picturesque Snowden Lake, our staff provides a safe, fun & friendly environment for campers ages 8-16.|
Camp Horseshoe is seeking a qualified Chef Manager to oversee the ordering, planning and managing the food service for its camp of 250+ people. The Chef Manager will supervise three Assistant Chefs in addition to overseeing the efforts of a kitchen staff of approximately 12.
Food Prep and cooking for camp community of 250+
Training and managing the food service staff of 12
Applicant must have experience managing and working in a fast paced environment.
Work week is approximately 55-60 hours.
ServSafe certification required.
Employment from early June thru mid August
Room and board is provided.
