|Position Description:||L'Auberge de Sedona Hotel, Restaurant & Spa, located on the banks of Oak Creek in uptown Sedona, AZ is seeking experienced fine dining Line Cooks (AM Cook and Banquet Cook) to join our world-class Team of culinary professionals.|
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
