Seeking a strong, dynamic individual that can become part of the culinary and sourcing team at Woodberry Kitchen. This person should have experience working with a direct local sourcing model and the skill set to lead a culinary team.
Woodberry Kitchen relies on longstanding relationships with local growers, watermen, and producers. We have a team of receivers, canners, butchers, bakers, and pastry to produce everything our guests enjoy in-house.
You will have the ability to unite and tap all of these resources and foodways that have made Woodberry Kitchen a leader in local sourcing in the Mid-Atlantic under the leadership of James Beard Finalist Spike Gjerde.
Experience leading a kitchen team is required at the sous or chef de cuisine level, understanding this is a working chef role. Clipboards need not apply.
