LeFarm (2006) & The Whelk (2012) are owned and operated by Chef Bill Taibe. Chef Taibe's menus and concepts reflects local farms in Connecticut, as well as, the Farm to Table movement nationwide. Our menus are meticulously sourced and simply prepared. The ever-changing menus reflects both the community and the season. LeFarm has a seating capacity of 36. Dinner is served Tuesday-Saturday, beginning at 5:30. Lunch is Wednesday-Friday, from 12-2:30. The Whelk is currently open for Dinner, Tuesday-Saturday beginning at 5pm.
