Pastry Cooks
This position requires candidates to have a US work permit. Please do not apply if you are not legally able to work in the United States.
Applicants to this position must reside within a 90 mile radius of the property.
Position Description:Our pastry team is currently searching for world class experienced & skilled Pastry Cooks with specific experience in macaron production. Applicants must possess 3-5 years of experience in fine dining pastry, plating and production. Experience in European-style Patisserie, Viennoserie and Bread Production, Chocolate Work, Ice Cream Production and Pastry Finishing is required. Applicant must be available to begin work immediately.
