As the name Bistro Laurent Tourondel (BLT) suggests, we present an adaptation
of the American Steakhouse, elevating it with our signature style and finesse. The result - the Modern American Steakhouse.
The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for supervising the day to day operation and production of all pastry and desert items and supports the Pastry Chef and Chef de Cuisine with cost control and inventories. Must be able to create and follow recipes and adhere to company standards

Degree in Culinary Arts or Baking is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a management position.
Must understand fundamentals of food, labor and cost controls.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
