Hillstone Restaurant Group is a privately-held collection of upscale restaurants with 45+ locations in major cities across the country. Some of our more well-known operations are East Hampton Grill, Hillstone, R+D Kitchen, and Houston's , and we currently have 2 properties under development. The first step is 4-5 months of Culinary Management Training in one of our NY restaurants where we give you the time to strengthen your kitchen skills while employing your management skills (hiring, training, ingredient selection, vendor negotiation, financial statements, etc.).
