Seeking Bakery Production Manager
Guglhupf Bakery, Patisserie & Cafe, an established and popular venue based in Durham, NC, is seeking a talented Bakery Production Manager to join our international artisan bread baking team for our next phase of development.

Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and several years of experience in the artisan bread baking industry in a "from scratch production". Efficient bench work, oven work, lamination and an appreciation for quality and organization are a must.
Previous successful supervisory and product development experience are required for this position. We currently operate two baker shifts per day, produce over 20 types of bread for our retail operations and on-site cafe, and service an impressive list of leading restaurants in Durham, Chapel Hill and the Triangle.
The Production Manager will work closely with the owner of this privately-owned business to lead and grow the bakery's excellent product line and award-winning reputation.
This is a full-time, long-term position with a market leading, innovative bakery emphasizing German, French, and Viennese artisan breads, utilizing traditional production methods and long fermentation.
