POSITION: CHEF FOR OKOBOJI RESTAURANT AND CONFERENCE CENTER
INTERESTS : http://vacationokoboji.com Must be willing to relocate to Iowa Lakes and resort region of Okoboji, Iowa, located on Minnesota / Iowa border. Seeking individual for Food and Beverage Manager position interested in joining award winning organization with growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking Chef with previous kitchen management experience. Must be able to supervise line and banquet kitchen operations. Must have strong hands-on line skills. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning and inventory control. Able to create custom banquet menus, conduct tastings and discuss with clients. Need ability to hire, train and develop staff and new Sous Chef. Must be able to monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team leading skills, high energy and quality orientation.
