Position Description:
Talented sous chef needed to join Michelin experienced, Rising Starchef NYC 2008 Neil Ferguson, now heading up the kitchen at Galley Beach , Nantucket.
Unique in its setting, located directly on the beach, this is a fine dining property, with a relaxed, informal feel and has been owned and operated by the Silva family for three generations and has a loyal clientele who have grown to love the coastal cuisine, which focuses on the local bounty from the surrounding waters and farms.
Neil is looking to continue and build upon this great reputation and is starting the process of assembling our team for the 2013 season and is looking for a devoted and talented individual to help run the kitchen alongside him. As we look to expand to a second property, we are seeking a motivated individual who brings an ownership mentality to the table, with exciting potential opportunities down the road.
