Well-established restaurant located south of Boston. We are seeking a highly experience Chef. We are seeking a talented individual with extensive fine dining experience to elevate our cuisine and uphold quality standards. We need a highly motivated individual who will take the reigns in the kitchen and promote a positive environment focused on quality food and presentation. MUST be experienced in fine dining and be willing to put in the hours needed to get the job done.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and galley sanitation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. Supervisory experience would be beneficial as well.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
