|Position Description:||Well-established restaurant located south of Boston. We are seeking a highly experience Chef. We are seeking a talented individual with extensive fine dining experience to elevate our cuisine and uphold quality standards. We need a highly motivated individual who will take the reigns in the kitchen and promote a positive environment focused on quality food and presentation. MUST be experienced in fine dining and be willing to put in the hours needed to get the job done.|
The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and galley sanitation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. Supervisory experience would be beneficial as well.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
