Assistant to the Head chef Brainstorming out of the box culinary ideas. Researching and creating new menu ideas and assisting in the development of menus Execution of menu ideas Properly train techniques and preparation of new menu items to cooks

Possess an in depth knowledge of food, design and menu writing Have experience working in similar role Demonstrate excellent communication skills Be able to work effectively as part of a team while leading a team Demonstrate a current and in depth understanding of the catering and event industry Continually strive to achieve personal goals and objectives Communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently and concisely to their team
