The Executive Chef, employed by Aunt Chilada's for over 30 years has retired for health reasons. We are a large traditional Mexican restaurant that needs to push culinary boundaries, not just react to competition. We serve lunch and dinner seven days a week. We are open all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Must be a legal resident or citizen of the United States and have the desire and love of culinary arts. We are seeking someone who enjoys providing our guests a special event or a simple lunch. Aunt Chilada's produces numerous banquet events daily. Bilingual is a plus, treating staff as one would like to be treated is required. The Executive Chef is a key ingredient to Aunt Chilada's recipe of success.
