Position Description:
The Vail Cascade Resort & Spa is currently looking for experienced Line cooks and Banquet cooks. As directed, the person in this position is responsible for execution of the hot foods including meats, fish, poultry, starches and vegetables for the resort restaurant. He/She needs to be able to follow the standardized recipes and ensure that food quality; portioning and presentation reflect the Cascade Resort?s philosophy for fresh, healthful and innovative cuisine.
