Combine your previous culinary training and work experience in pastry kitchens, and become part of an expert team that provides consulting, training, and complete solutions on every aspect of gelato, sorbetto, semifreddo, frozen yogurt, pastries, confections, and savory applications.
Build relationships with interesting customers and chefs. Provide hands-on training to support their individual needs. Travel and promote complete equipment solutions at conventions. Research and develop new recipes and extended savory applications, and identify new opportunities for concepts with artisanal desserts. Work cross-functionally with other team members to provide shop design, technical service, and business consulting. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
-Work in the customer training center with potential clients, assisting with menu development for signature frozen dessert concepts and savory applications.
-Form close customer relations and assist with their needs, and coordinate help from other team members, providing design planning, technical installation and service, marketing support, and business consulting.
-Support nationwide dealer network, develop promotions of specialty equipment, and conduct customer trainings. Find additional regional partners that meet specific criteria.
-Further develop the client's presence at national and regional trade shows and offer customer workshops and public demonstrations.
-Assist with the introduction of new technology and products.
-Develop opportunities with and reach out to specific customer groups, assist during concept development, sell required equipment and additional services, and follow up and support during and after installation.
-Identify culinary and social trends that provide opportunities for products and solutions.
-Contribute to content on social media channels and website.
-Work with publications and exhibitions to present the company's expertise.
-Produce visual content such as short clips of recipes, photographs, etc. to be part of social media and website content.
-The training center and show room is located in Greensboro, NC and requires local residence.
