WATERS, Bonnells Coastal Cuisine is a very highly anticipated new restaurant opening in March of 2013 in Fort Worth's hottest section of town, the West 7th corridor. A 7,700 square foot full service, fine dining restaurant with an emphasis on Wild, Seasonal and Sustainable seafood, complete with a large raw bar and outdoor patio dining space. Chef Jon Bonnell is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to oversee this, his second fine dining restaurant, 3rd concept overall. Independently owned and operated.
